SPECIES is excited to announce up to three scholarships for current research students and recent PhD graduates! This opportunity includes a three-month, in-person internship at one of our selected host institutions, supervised by a dedicated advisor.
Program Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive:
- 💰 A monthly allowance of 900 euros to cover accommodation, living expenses, and additional costs.
- ✅ Registration fee waiver for EvoStar if the submitted paper is accepted.

Email the following documents to students@species-society.org with “CANDIDATE” in the subject line:
- 📄 A single PDF containing:
- A short CV (max 1 page)
- A description of research interests and current work (max 1 page)
- Up to 3 ranked host/project preferences with brief statements explaining your choices (max 1 page)
- 🎓 Proof of matriculation at a university/research institution OR proof of having submitted a PhD thesis in the past 24 months
- ✉️ A reference letter from your current supervisor
